This Privacy Policy explains how Puvet collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with your use of our dual-camera iOS application. Unlike many other apps, Puvet does not require account registration, login, or personal identification to use its core features, ensuring your privacy from the moment you start using the App.

We believe in minimal data collection and respect your privacy. Puvet does not collect, store, or transmit the following types of information:

3. Information We Collect (Local Only)

All data processed by Puvet remains on your iOS device unless you choose to share it externally. The only information processed by the App is:

3.1 Media Content

When you use Puvet to capture photos or videos using your device's front and rear cameras, the App temporarily processes this media content locally on your device to apply filters, effects, and picture-in-picture formatting. This content is only saved to your device's gallery when you explicitly choose to do so, and is never transmitted to Puvet's servers or any third-party services.

3.2 App Settings and Preferences

Puvet may store your app preferences (such as favorite filters, effect settings, and UI customizations) locally on your device to enhance your user experience. This data is stored only on your device and can be cleared by uninstalling the App or resetting your device settings.

3.3 Required Permissions

Puvet requests only the minimum permissions necessary to provide its core functionality:

• Camera Access: Required to capture photos and videos using both front and rear cameras
• Photo Gallery Access: Required to save captured content to your device and access existing media for editing
• Storage Access: Required to store app preferences and temporary media files

You may revoke these permissions at any time through your device's settings, though this may limit certain features of the App.

4. How We Use Your Information

All information processed by Puvet is used solely for the following purposes, and only on your local device:

• To provide and maintain the core functionality of the App (dual-camera capture, filter application, etc.)
• To personalize your user experience based on your preferences
• To enable you to save and manage your captured content in your device's gallery
• To facilitate sharing of your content through third-party apps (at your explicit request)

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing, data analytics, or any other purposes beyond providing the App's core functionality.

5. Data Security

Since Puvet processes all data locally on your device and does not transmit information to external servers, your privacy is protected by your device's built-in security features. We recommend that you:

• Use passcode or biometric authentication on your iOS device
• Regularly back up your device to protect your captured content
• Keep your iOS operating system and Puvet App updated to ensure security patches are applied

Puvet does not have access to your device's security features or stored content, and cannot recover any content that is deleted from your device.

Puvet may enable you to share your captured content through third-party social media platforms, messaging apps, or other services. When you choose to share content through these services, you are subject to the privacy policies of those third-party providers. Puvet does not share any information with these third parties beyond the content you explicitly choose to share.

7. Children's Privacy

Puvet is intended for use by individuals of all ages, but we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Since the App does not collect any personal information, it complies with applicable children's privacy regulations. Parents or guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's use of the App and device.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this policy and, if necessary, through in-app notifications.
